EATAKU: Chicken Skin Dumplings →
Possibly my favorite food find in Japan this trip… Torikawa Gyoza, or Chicken Skin Dumplings.
And to be clear, these are not dumplings stuffed with chopped chicken skins. These are large pieces of chicken skin that are stuffed with minced chicken, garlic and scallion… then fried!!

They look really YUMMY….
I should try looking out for this if I ever get to Japan again.
